Susan Horth designs and makes intricate beaded creatures and jewels, inspired by the notion that preciousness is found throughout our everyday lives. She endeavours to provoke the emotional response one has when; confronted by a dragonfly alighting on the hand, a lizard flitting along the wall, or when one surprises an animal at rest. A carnival of nature continues to provide Susan with a fund of ideas and inspiration.
